It is you who has to develop strategies that will help your members perform better than the other groups. The leader should think of mutually beneficial ways which will be good for him as well as his team members.

Another excellent method of instilling leadership qualities in school is classroom organizations. Once you are appointed as the officer of a certain organization, you will automatically build up a sense of responsibility and authority. It is this realization that helps you enhance your skills and personality.

Hence, the basics of learning leadership from school are about learning to undertake and fulfill responsibilities. It is essential for the leader to know that it is not only him, but everybody in the team who will be affected by his decision. Learning responsibilities at school is extremely rewarding. Leaders who start dealing with responsibilities early are far better at their job because they know how to weight their pros and cons before taking a decision.
