There are a number of experts who have claimed that the very first leadership training that a person can get is through school. The reason for this is that as a child, you are given different responsibilities that you have to fulfill either daily or even for a year-long task. From this, you learned to instruct your classmates of the things that they have to do and how to do it right. This is the first step of developing the leader in you.

If you are given the responsibility of being a leader, you will be doing some decision making about the presentation and of course assign tasks for you and for your classmates. Aside from group activities, small group organizations are also good avenues for leadership training. Since it is a bigger organization, you will start to develop a strong sense of responsibility. Your personality and skills are also being developed in the process.
